Overview

We are looking for Technicians to join a growing technical operations team in Rzeszów. This is a hands-on role focused on the installation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and quality control of technical systems and equipment. Candidates with backgrounds in aerospace, electronics, mechatronics, or advanced manufacturing are particularly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission technical equipment and systems
• Carry out preventive maintenance and servicing
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
• Calibrate measuring instruments and validate equipment to quality standards
• Maintain accurate service, calibration, and maintenance records
• Support product testing and quality control activities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
• Assist with spare parts and consumables management
• Provide guidance and support to junior technicians where required

Requirements

• Technical qualification or engineering degree in electronics, mechanics, mechatronics, or a related field
• 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical service environment
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Experience using measuring equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and calibration tools
• Knowledge of electrical safety and safe working practices
• Fluent Polish and sufficient technical English to read technical documentation

Desirable

• Experience in aerospace, defence, or precision manufacturing
• SEP electrical qualifications (Category E or D)
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality standards
• Category B driving licence

Salary up to EURO 32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
