Senior Manager, Workplace - Warsaw

Job Overview
We are looking for a collaborative and effective workplace leader to scale and manage corporate office operations throughout the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) business of our Enterprise Ops organization. The role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to build strong relationships with senior executives and cross‑functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage and lead Workplace teams across the CEE business, providing strategic direction on all aspects of workplace services, including building operations, food & beverage, front of house, shipping & receiving, events support, and Environmental Health & Safety.
- Proactively manage workplace costs, ensuring efficient use of resources, including people costs, and driving financial responsibility across operations.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing, inclusive Workplace team that fosters continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.
- Engage with VP‑level executives and senior leaders across multiple functions to align workplace services with strategic business objectives and drive key initiatives.
- Maintain close alignment with functional teams & leaders across Space & Occupancy, Design & Construction, Real Estate, and Security to deliver a comprehensive EO strategy that supports business goals.
- Drive innovation in workplace services, implementing forward‑thinking strategies that adapt to evolving business needs and elevate employee and visitor experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners such as Talent, Environmental Health & Safety, AV, NTech Ops, Events, and Internal Communications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Polish and English, including written and verbal communication, to collaborate effectively with local and global partners.
- Understand the company’s evolving business needs and share relevant context with your team and partners to ensure they deliver their best work in alignment with the business.
Requirements
- Significant leadership experience managing high‑performing teams with a strong focus on excellence and the ability to influence VP‑level executives and drive strategic initiatives.
- At least ten years of experience in a similar role, including managing multiple corporate buildings and leading cross‑functional teams.
- An innovative mindset capable of driving high‑quality workplace services and operational improvements.
- Strong experience in vendor management, stakeholder communication, and multi‑location leadership.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, including international travel and visits to other market locations as required.
