About the project, This role is dedicated to Procurement activities, with a strong focus on purchasing processes, stock transfer orders, procurement master data, procurement applications, and SAP S/4HANA procurement-related business processes.

Your responsibilities, SAP S/4HANA & Procurement Applications, • Analyze procurement business requirements through process reviews, stakeholder collaboration, workshops, and observation of current operations., • Collaborate with IT functional consultants, developers, procurement teams, and business users to identify solutions and resolve process or system-related issues., • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs within procurement-related areas, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, stock transfer orders, supplier processes, procurement master data, and workflows., • Prepare and maintain process documentation, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and status reports., , Solution Design & Process Improvement, • Support the design, validation, and optimization of procurement processes in SAP S/4HANA and other procurement applications., • Ensure solutions align with business requirements, SAP best practices, process standardization goals, and internal governance standards., • Drive improvements in purchasing processes, procurement workflows, stock transfer order management, data quality, and related integrations., , Testing & Deployment Support, • Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities to ensure solution readiness., • Develop and review test scenarios covering procurement transactions and workflows., • Work closely with key users and business teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve defects., • Provide first-line support during go-live and stabilization phases, ensuring timely issue resolution and effective system adoption., , Data Migration & Data Quality, • Support preparation of data migration files for procurement and related master data., • Perform data validation activities before and after data loads., • Ensure accuracy and quality of procurement master data, supplier-related data, purchasing settings, and stock transfer order configurations., , Training & Stakeholder Engagement, • Deliver user training on SAP S/4HANA and other procurement applications., • Create and maintain training materials, process guides, and user documentation., • Act as a liaison between procurement stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment throughout project delivery.

University degree in IT, Economics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Foreign Trade, or a related field., Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or SAP procurement-related business processes., Strong understanding of procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, stock transfer orders, supplier management, procurement workflows, master data, and reporting., Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA procurement processes., Experience working in project environments and structured project delivery frameworks., Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and process documentation., Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills., Experience with MS Office, SAP Enable Now, SAP Signavio, qTest, and similar business applications., Knowledge of Coupa or other procurement platforms will be considered an advantage., Very good command of English., Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on process standardization, continuous improvement, and business value delivery., Availability to work between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
