Full-Cycle Sales Executive (Outbound | Uncapped Commission)

This role supports and sells services across three brands :
- MyVA Support – Full-service staffing & operational support
- GOA-TECH – Digital growth, web development, SEO, and marketing infrastructure
- Reach Voters – Political and digital outreach solutions (as applicable)
Role Purpose
This role exists to drive consistent, qualified sales momentum by owning lead follow-up, outbound outreach, nurture execution, and pipeline discipline across all brands.
This is not a generic sales role . It sits at the intersection of marketing and sales , ensuring that:
- No lead is wasted
- Follow-up and nurture are consistent and strategic
- Buyer relationships are developed over time
- Automation and human sales execution work together
This role protects revenue, brand positioning, and leadership focus by fully owning sales execution.
- Execute cold calling and outbound outreach across approved channels.
- Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and assess service/brand fit.
- Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Handle objections using approved sales messaging and scripts.
Growth Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize lead follow-up and nurture sequences (manual + automated).
- Support funnel performance through segmentation, timing, and messaging improvements.
- Track and report key KPIs (calls, bookings, show rate, pipeline value).
- Provide feedback on buyer behavior, objections, and market trends to improve conversion.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or growth roles
- Proven experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Experience using CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and pipeline discipline
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely
- Technically savvy with virtual tools, automation, and video calls
- Resilient and persistent when handling objections
- Commission-driven, performance-based structure
- Lean base (if applicable)
