About the project, Are you ready to shape intuitive and high-quality user interfaces for an enterprise productivity platform? Join the AI Management & Strategy team as a UI Designer contributing to innovative AI-driven solutions for global teams., , The AI Management & Strategy team focuses on delivering strategic AI solutions, driving responsible AI/ML adoption, and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance productivity., , As a UI Designer for the Productivity Suite, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to craft clear, consistent, and accessible user interfaces. You’ll design responsive and polished layouts, maintain a high attention to detail, and contribute to the evolution of design systems for enterprise-grade applications., , Sounds like your kind of challenge?

This is how we work, agile

Your responsibilities, Create high-quality UI designs including layouts, component states, and responsive behaviors., Produce wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to support agile discussions and delivery., Apply brand guidelines, design systems, and reusable components for consistent user experience., Collaborate with engineers to ensure precise implementation and resolve UI issues during development and QA., Champion accessibility standards (contrast, keyboard navigation) and inclusive design principles., Work with cross-functional stakeholders using tools like JIRA and Kanban to track progress and manage workflows., Support the co-creation of an emerging design system, documenting patterns and tokens for scalability., Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.

A strong portfolio showcasing UI design work with high-fidelity screens, component-based systems, and interaction design., Proficiency in design systems and reusable UI component libraries., Good understanding of usability and accessibility principles and their application in design decisions., Strong visual design skills: typography, color, layout, and hierarchy., Excellent communication for articulating design decisions across technical and non-technical teams., Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust quickly based on feedback in an Agile environment., Comfortable working and presenting in English.

Optional, Interest in emerging technologies (AI, GenAI) and their impact on UX.
