IT Contract Lawyers

Location: Remote / Hybrid Employment Type: Fixed-term contract until the end of 2026 Salary: Up to PLN 14,000 gross per month

For our Client, we are currently looking for an experienced IT / Technology Lawyer to support the business on a short-term project basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of IT and technology-related agreements
• Advising internal stakeholders on contractual and legal risks
• Supporting commercial and procurement teams throughout the contract lifecycle
• Ensuring contracts comply with internal policies and applicable regulations
• Collaborating with business partners in a fast-paced international environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in drafting and negotiating IT/technology contracts
• Strong understanding of commercial and technology law
• Experience working with software, SaaS, cloud, licensing, service, and technology agreements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
