Arrow: General Ledger Intern (Spain & Portugal)

Arrow | Gdańsk | Hybrid, 2 office days a week | Contract of mandate | 30 to 40 hours a week

Working hours 8:00 to 16:00 or 9:00 to 17:00. Start date: ASAP.

You will support the General Ledger team responsible for Spain and Portugal with accounting, reconciliations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting and administrative work for Spain and Portugal

• Help with month-end closing, reports and balance sheet reconciliations

• Prepare and maintain general ledger, intercompany and inventory reconciliations

• Support accounting operations in Business Central (ERP)

• Prepare and submit statutory reports and surveys for authorities in Spain and Portugal

• Support tax activities, including preparing and filing tax returns

• Analyze financial data for business decisions

• Join ad hoc projects and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's student or graduate; no work experience required

• Preferred fields: finance and accounting, Iberian studies

• Interest in accounting, finance or General Ledger

• Availability for about 30 to 40 hours a week

• English at B2 or C1, written and spoken

• Good knowledge of Excel

• Analytical skills and attention to detail

• Polish is not required

Nice to have: fluent Spanish or Portuguese.
