About the Role & Team
The Disney+ Original Productions Team works across the development and commissioning of original content for the Disney+ streaming service .
Working closely with the Senior Development Manager, this role is responsible for supporting scripted and unscripted projects from a creative perspective from pitch/development through to final delivery. The role will support the creative aspects (incl. writing, talent, editorial, production) for greenlit productions as well as ongoing development s .
This role will be based in our Warsaw office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
In collaboration with Senior Development Manager, support the development and production of original television scripted series and unscripted shows for Disney+ CEE.
Manage/develop relationships with the creative community (writers, directors, producers, etc.) and 3 rd party production companies.
Day to day management of the development process , ensuring timely and efficient flow of the required deliverables.
Read and cover scripts, treatments, pitch decks; prepare coverage notes and summaries for further review
Track drafts, notes, and revisions across multiple projects; maintain development trackers/status reports
The role may require set visits, monitoring shoots, reviewing dailies/cuts
Ensure quality level of the original productions is in line with the brands.
Required Qualifications & Skills
E xperience in scripted and unscripted development and production, with focus on the creative work
Proven track record of developed projects
Have a creative vision and passion to bring content to life for the SVOD service
Exceptional taste and insight into fostering successful creative experiences
Keen eye for compelling narrative structure and creative detail
K nowledge of the film & TV industry, recent market trends and audience favourites/genres
Strong creative and editorial skills.
E stablished relationships with creative community.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
A bility to build working relationships with other Disney departments and executives , and with external partners
Detailed working knowledge of both scripted and unscripted development and production processes
Time management and organizational skills
