Job Description

  • Act as a key contact for customers, providing professional support in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Oversee the end-to-end order life-cycle, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, deliveries, order status, and other service-related matters.
  • Work closely with internal departments, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues while maintaining high service quality standards.
  • Monitor incoming requests and ensure timely completion in line with agreed service levels.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and service performance.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across multiple countries.
  • The Successful Applicant

    • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English .
    • Initial experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Order Management, Operations, or another customer-facing role.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
    • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Confidence working in a dynamic, international environment.
    • Experience with order management processes will be considered an advantage.
