Job Description
- Act as a key contact for customers, providing professional support in Dutch, French, and English.
- Oversee the end-to-end order life-cycle, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, deliveries, order status, and other service-related matters.
- Work closely with internal departments, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues while maintaining high service quality standards.
- Monitor incoming requests and ensure timely completion in line with agreed service levels.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and service performance.
- Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English .
- Initial experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Order Management, Operations, or another customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence working in a dynamic, international environment.
- Experience with order management processes will be considered an advantage.
