Your responsibilities, Translating complex business requirements into detailed Veeva application specifications, Leading analysis projects by facilitating stakeholder discussions and documenting data-driven insights, Assessing current and future business processes through analytics and testing within Veeva RIMS, Recommending process improvements and documenting their impact, Developing training materials, process maps, and guidance documentation, Ensuring high-quality requirements and supporting backlog prioritization

At least 5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role or equivalent, Extensive knowledge of Veeva RIMS and its modules, Experience with UML, BPMN, Requirements Analysis, and strong analytical skills, Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and agile delivery skills, Proven experience with Change Management processes in Veeva RIM or other GxP systems, Industry experience in Pharma
