Recruitment for

We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for one of our international clients. The position is part of the Accounts Payable team, responsible for handling the company’s accounts payable processes.

The role focuses primarily on processing international invoices and handling payment, reporting and AP control processes. The successful candidate will cooperate with both internal teams and external vendors.

Your responsibilities

• processing international invoices,
• verifying and processing invoices in accordance with applicable procedures,
• handling payment processes,
• preparing reports and performing AP-related controls,
• managing the AP mailbox,
• communicating and cooperating with vendors and internal stakeholders,
• cooperating with Procurement and Finance teams,
• identifying and resolving issues related to AP processes,
• participating in process and system improvement initiatives.

Our requirements

• at least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable - this is a mandatory requirement,
• experience in processing international invoices,
• knowledge of finance and accounting processes related to Accounts Payable,
• experience working with SAP,
• good command of English - English is the primary working language and language of communication,
• ability to work with financial data and reporting,
• accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility,
• ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks,
• problem-solving skills and the ability to cooperate effectively with various stakeholders,
• willingness to work from the Warsaw office 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday,
• a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field will be an advantage.

Optional

• experience with Coupa or Ariba,
• knowledge of UiPath/OCR tools,
• knowledge of SOX, GAAP and/or IFRS.

• salary of up to PLN 12,000 gross per month,
• a fixed-term employment contract for 11-17 months,
