Your responsibilities, Architecture, solution and implementation consulting, Advising our customers on the mapping of cloud‑based HCM processes and creation of target/actual concepts, Requirements and feasibility analyses, quotation calculation and presentation to customers, Development, conception and design of modern architectural solution

SAP developer: minimum 3 years of professional experience as an ABAP developer with a focus on SAP HCM, Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or comparable training, Integrative system understanding and specific knowledge in the development of relevant processes in SAP HCM and S/4HANA, Experience in SAP application management as a developer or experience in S/4HANA implementation projects (brownfield/greenfield), English B2, German C1 (or communicative and willingness to learn), Willingness to familiarize yourself intensively with German legal requirements and framework conditions
