IAM Specialist

Must-Have Requirements Proven experience in implementing and supporting IAM solutions, particularly Saviynt. Strong understanding of identity management processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance. Experience with system integrations using APIs, HR systems, Active Directory, and business applications. Excellent knowledge of authorization models, role management, and access control concepts. Experience in incident resolution, troubleshooting, and operational support within IAM environments. Ability to work independently and make technical decisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Nice-to-Have Experience with SailPoint. Experience supporting IAM migrations, transformations, or platform consolidation projects. Knowledge of IAM-related security and compliance frameworks. Familiarity with cloud environments and hybrid identity architectures. Project Duration: Long-term engagement – ongoing operational support combined with preparation for a migration planned within approximately 18 months. Candidate Profile Senior-level professional with approximately 5+ years of experience. Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM). Hands-on experience with Saviynt solutions (must-have). Experience with SailPoint is considered a strong advantage.
