For our client an international company located in Poznań currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:
TAX Analyst
Your responsibilities
In this position you will take ownership of selected tax processes, including:
- preparation and submission of VAT returns, Intrastat declarations, and corporate income tax calculations for group companies across the EU (with support from local tax advisors)
- ensuring proper tax treatment of business transactions and verifying correctness of accounting entries from a tax perspective
- close cooperation with internal stakeholders to clarify discrepancies and ensure data integrity
- collaboration with accounting teams (PTP, OTC, RTR) to reduce risk of errors impacting tax reporting
- reconciliation and analysis of tax accounts
- support in preparation for annual financial audits
- monitoring and interpreting changes in tax regulations and assessing their impact on reporting
- liaising with tax authorities and participation in tax audits when required
Your profile
- 2–3 years of experience in a tax department or similar role, including VAT and CIT compliance
- solid understanding of income tax and VAT regulations
- higher education in finance, accounting, economics, or taxation
- very good command of English
- strong Excel and MS Office skills
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
- strong analytical skills, accuracy, and good organizational abilities
- willingness to learn and work in an international environment
