Automation & Workflow Process Designer / Analyst

We are looking for a technically minded professional who combines analytical thinking with a passion for process improvement and automation. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, design efficient workflows, and support system integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Design workflow solutions and support process automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, administrators, and DevOps teams.
• Perform root cause analysis, audit existing automations, and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project and technical documentation.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Process Automation Specialist, or Software Developer.
• Knowledge of at least two programming languages (Python, Java, C++ or similar).
• Basic scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell).
• Understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git, SVN, Jira, Jenkins, and Postman.
• Basic knowledge of APIs and system integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with workflow, process automation, or integration projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to model business processes and evaluate automation potential.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English at a level allowing you to work with technical documentation.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with UNIX/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, or enterprise system connectivity.
• Experience working with workflow orchestration or automation platforms.
