Your responsibilities

• Contact landowners and present potential wind energy project opportunities.
• Build and maintain good, long-term relationships with landowners, municipalities, and local authorities.
• Coordinate agreements related to land use and other required documents.
• Cooperate with colleagues and external partners to ensure projects progress smoothly.
• Support the preparation and organization of project documents and information.
• Travel regularly to different project locations in the Poznań region.

Our requirements

• Native or fluent Polish.
• English at least B2 level.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, independent, and proactive approach to work.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, working with partners, landowners, or a similar role is an advantage, but not required.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Willingness to travel frequently for work.
• Motivation to learn and develop within the renewable energy sector.

In this role, you will mainly communicate with landowners, municipalities, and local authorities, coordinate information, and help move projects forward.

You don't need to be an energy industry expert. What matters most is that you enjoy communicating with people, can organize your work, and are willing to learn.
