About the project

We are looking for a skilled Senior SQL Developer to join our global Identity & Access Management team. In this role, you will be the technical expert for Microsoft SQL Server environments that support business-critical identity services. Your focus will be on ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our SailPoint platform, with responsibilities including performance optimization and cloud migration. Your responsibilities

• Administering, optimizing, and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server databases supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Designing, implementing, monitoring, and troubleshooting complex SQL Server replication environments across on-premises and cloud platforms
• Resolving performance bottlenecks, replication latency, locking, deadlocks, transaction log growth, and concurrency issues in highly transactional environments
• Managing SQL Server high availability and disaster recovery solutions, including Always On Availability Groups, replication, log shipping, and mirroring
• Delivering SQL Server upgrades, patching, migrations, and cloud transformation initiatives with minimal downtime
• Supporting database performance tuning, backup/recovery, capacity planning, and operational stability
• Owning incidents, problems, changes, and project deliverables while collaborating with global technical teams and stakeholders

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration and optimization
• Deep expertise in Azure SQL and incident management
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and its database requirements
• Strong command of SQL Server replication, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions
• Practical experience in performance tuning and operational excellence in database environments
• Advanced level of English

Optional

• Experience with cloud migration strategies
• Familiarity with database security best practices
• Intermediate level of Spanish
