People Systems Analyst

About the role
QVC Group Global Business Services is looking for a People Systems Analyst to join its Kraków team. You will provide Tier 2 support for HR systems and help People Tech teams keep processes and data accurate.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for HR systems, investigating and resolving cases within agreed service levels

• Identify root causes, recurring issues and opportunities to improve systems and processes

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical partners

• Complete routine system maintenance and support testing for releases, fixes and changes

• Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge materials

• Work with People Tech teams on process reliability and data accuracy

• Provide guidance and training to help teams use HR systems effectively

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience supporting HR systems, testing, documentation or ticket resolution

• Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with HR platforms such as Workday

• Ability to explain technical topics to different audiences

• Proactive learning mindset and ownership of your work

• Comfort with changing priorities and complex issues

• English at C1 level or above

• Bachelor's degree and experience in a global HR Shared Services environment

• Polish is not required. Work permit for Poland required.
