Digital Designer

Role: Digital Designer Industry: medical devices Start: ASAP Workload: full-time Location: hybrid from Szczecin Project length: 6 months + option for prolongations Contract: B2B Overview: Digital Design profile to support the rollout of the new website across markets. We would need the role to start asap. Main Responsibilities: Support the rollout of through hands-on design, content production, and editorial execution. Create, update, and maintain digital page layouts, content assets, and visuals in Optimizely CMS and Figma. Ensure compliance with design specifications, accessibility requirements, brand guidelines, and web best practices. Crop, optimize, and prepare images, graphics, and other digital assets for web publishing. Perform quality assurance of pages and content before publication. Collaborate with the Digital Experience team, Branding, team editors, and content owners to ensure pages accurately follow approved Figma designs and requirements. Identify and report deviations from design specifications to development teams and support resolution. Assist in the creation of imagery, icons, and visual assets for training materials, playbooks, and editorial guidance. Key Requirements: 5+ years of experience in digital design, web content production, or editorial execution. Experience working with CMS platforms and digital content publishing. Proficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of digital design principles. Proven knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills and fluency in English. Comfortable collaborating with international and cross-functional teams.
