Job Description

This is a remote position. SkillHat is looking to hire a Senior Instructor (Part‑time) to co‑lead our Project Management course. This is a part‑time, permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Review existing courseware to identify improvement opportunities
• Create new courseware to align program with PMBOK 7
• Prepare students for PMP 7th edition exam
• Teach 2.5‑hour classes online (Wednesday 6 PM, Saturday 1 PM EST)
• Assign and assess homework
• Teach select Project Management software including Smartsheet and JIRA

Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a Project Manager
• 4+ years experience utilizing agile frameworks
• 3+ years experience teaching Project Management in a structured training institute or university
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• PMP certification mandatory
• Agile certification such as CSM, CSPO, CST, PSM, or PSPO mandatory

Part‑time hours: 8 per week.

This role is 100% remote. The individual hired will work on their own time. You will own your laptop and must have access to an internet connection. The candidate must be based in Ontario, Canada.
