Your responsibilities

• detail selected IT solution requirements
• collaborate with architects and business counterparts on a solution that delivers value to customers
• build solid understanding of business domain as well as data and systems supporting the domain
• elicit, validate and document functional and non-functional requirements
• ensure alignment and transparency of requirements by acting as a bridge between business and IT
• extract, analyze, visualize and interpret data from various sources as an input for requirements analysis and solution design
• create data mapping
• perform gap analysis between as-is and to-be solution
• analyze and contribute to IT solution design
• document data flows and describe to-be solution in text
• participate in relevant team ceremonies
• identify solutions without escalation
• manage stakeholders to create alignment across the organization
• share achievements and problems during daily stand-ups and request team or capability support as needed
• continuously improve at personal and team level
• contribute to evaluation and improvement / knowledge share activities at train and capability level
• produce documented solution requirements with acceptance criteria
• describe to-be IT solution
• produce detailed Solution Design document
