About the project

We are looking for an experienced IT Analyst to join a long-term project within a large international organization in the financial sector. The role combines IT/business analysis with recovery testing, stakeholder coordination, and workshop facilitation.

You do not need to be a Business Continuity or Operational Resilience expert – the key focus is on strong analytical skills, requirements management, and the ability to independently facilitate meetings and workshops.

Your responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and IT requirements,
• Cooperate with business and technology stakeholders,
• Plan and facilitate workshops and testing sessions,
• Develop scenarios to validate system recovery procedures,
• Coordinate testing activities and involved teams,
• Document test results, identified gaps, observations, and recommendations,
• Track follow-up actions resulting from testing activities,
• Provide clear status updates and reporting to key stakeholders.

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including hands-on experience as an IT Analyst, System Analyst, or Business Analyst,
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation,
• Proven ability to work effectively with both business and technology stakeholders,
• Experience in independently facilitating workshops and meetings,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to structure complex information and formulate clear conclusions and recommendations,
• Very good command of English and confidence working in an international environment.

Optional

• Experience with Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, or Disaster Recovery,
• Participation in system recovery tests, exercises, or simulations,
• General understanding of business continuity and IT recovery concepts,
• Experience within the financial sector or another regulated environment.
