Senior Automation Specialist

Job Description Summary

The Senior Automation Specialist supports Continuous Improvement initiatives in the GBS organization by assessing, designing, developing, and deploying tools, databases, and macro‑based automations for internal use.

Responsibilities

• Automate financial and non‑financial company processes.
• Develop tools, databases, and macro‑based automations for internal company use.
• Perform automation assessments to identify the best technology fit based on ROI.
• Assess, design, and implement tools, databases, and macro‑based automations for development.
• Manage the internal automation lifecycle from assessment to production deployment by proposing and coordinating process changes to deliver optimal solutions in the GBS organization.
• Execute ad‑hoc improvement requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years hands‑on experience developing tools, databases, workflows, and macro‑based automations.
• Very good knowledge of programming languages including VBA, VB.NET, SAP scripting, and C#.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Suite, Front‑End technologies (HTML, CSS), and Back‑End technologies (SQL, Azure).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Azure SQL Database.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Any other programming language is a plus.

Location & Work Details

Primary Work Location: POL Wroclaw – Legnicka.

Work Shift and schedule details will be indicated in the job posting. Most roles require a minimum of 4 days of in‑office presence per week.

Compensation

Salary Range: zł123,300.00 – zł188,025.00 PLN (annual).
