Exciting news from Poznań! Our client is building a Competence Centre providing IT services (with heavy focus on cybersecurity) for their entities across the EMEA region.

Among many exciting roles, they’re currently looking for a Third-Party Risk Management Expert .

Employment terms:

• Hybryd model – 2 office days/week (Poznań Malta),
• Contract of employment.

In this role you will:

• Lead and enhance the EMEA Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program, aligning it with business, regulatory, M&A, and security objectives,
• Oversee TPRM operations, including due diligence, risk assessments, exception management, and process scalability,
• Deliver executive and regulatory risk reporting, including KPI/KRI tracking and risk insights,
• Lead TPRM activities for M&A, covering due diligence, supplier risk assessments, and integration planning,
• Manage supplier security incidents, impact assessment, remediation and executive communications,
• Drive automation, AI adoption, and process improvements to increase efficiency and risk visibility,
• Optimize OneTrust TPRM workflows and supplier monitoring capabilities (e.g., BitSight),
• Build and lead a high-performing TPRM team through hiring, mentoring, workforce planning, and stakeholder management.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in Cybersecurity Risk Management,
• Experience leading IT Risk Management programs and governance frameworks across multiple regions,
• Strong expertise in supplier risk assessments, due diligence, risk reporting, incident management, and regulatory compliance requirements,
• Experience with tools such as OneTrust TPRM, BitSight (or similar),
• Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and integrating AI into existing systems is preferred.
• English – min. B2.
