JTI GBS Poland: Talent Advisor with English and Polish

You will run end-to-end recruitment for assigned markets and act as a partner to local HR and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Run the full recruitment process for each vacancy: briefing, job posting, long list, competency-based interviews, shortlist, hiring manager interviews, offer support

• Advise hiring managers on the process, compliance requirements, market factors and the best recruitment channels

• Build a partnership with local HR and hiring managers in your markets

• Manage reporting and keep hiring managers and HR informed at every stage

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in economics, management, HR, business administration or psychology

• 1 to 5 years of experience

• English at C1 or C2

• Strong knowledge of the talent acquisition process

• Experience working with international clients and candidates

• MS Office

• German

• Experience with applicant tracking systems

• Experience with assessment tools and techniques
