Order to Cash Intern with French

Your responsibilities

• Preparing invoices, shipping documents
• Creating and transmitting invoices electronically
• Monitoring outstanding debt and following up with customers if necessary
• Executing provision policies, adjusting and executing required write-offs
• Processing incoming and outgoing payments and contacting customers in case of questions
• Executing internal controls

Our requirements

• Bachelor/Master degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics or related fields/during studies
• Very good command of Polish, French and English (min. B2/C1)
• Good knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel)
• Availability to work approximately 30 hours per week
• High interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to details
• Commitment to making a significant difference
