Your responsibilities

• Develop, create and coordinate internal communication across locations on all internal platforms like our Toms Together app, info screens and other channels.
• Develop our Polish Social Media presence beyond the current to strengthen Toms Group's employer brand.
• Support corporate communication with Polish localisation and develop communications material and storytelling from our sites in Nowa Sol and Leszno.
• Supporting media relations and external communication, including responding to press inquiries, pitching stories, and contributing to press releases and website updates in Polish.
• Communicating about Toms Groups key partnerships

Our requirements

• You must have good skills within clear and engaging written communication – in both Polish and English – our corporate language is English, so this is mandatory.
• Experience with Office, good skills in Power Point and with Canva, positive if you have experience with content management platforms, especially Salesforce. If you are interested and curious in using AI tools it is also a plus.
• You are curious, proactive, service minded and motivated by making a positive impact on people and culture through communication.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment but can also take initiative and drive your own tasks forward.
• You bring an interest in corporate communication – and may already have some hands-on experience.
• You have a structured mindset, attention to detail and enjoy juggling several tasks simultaneously.

About the job

As a Communications Consultant, you will play a key role in strengthening the overall corporate communications in Toms Group, and especially with a focus on internal communication and supporting our change management team. You will be based in Nowa Sol, but you will report to our Head of Communications & Sustainability, Ditte Haugaard Clausen, based in Ballerup. On a daily basis you will be linked to the HR team based in Nowa Sol.
