PLM Developer - Windchill (f/m/x)

About the project, Join Sii Poland and help develop modern PLM solutions for international clients from the manufacturing and engineering industries. We are looking for experienced PLM Specialists who want to work on the development and customization of PTC Windchill environments, enterprise system integrations, and projects related to product data transformation and business processes. We are looking for professionals who combine strong technical expertise in Windchill development with a solid understanding of PLM business processes. We value hands-on experience in workflow customization, business object modeling, product structure transformations, as well as integrations between enterprise systems such as SAP, ESI, or TIBCO.

Your responsibilities, Developing and customizing solutions based on PTC Windchill, Creating and enhancing custom workflows and business objects, Implementing product structure transformation processes (eBOM → mBOM / sBOM), Developing integrations between Windchill and external systems (including SAP, ESI, TIBCO, REST APIs), Designing and developing backend solutions in Java/Spring using Windchill API, Participating in requirements analysis, solution design, and technical discussions with clients

At least 3 years of commercial experience working with PTC Windchill, Strong Java skills and experience in PLM solution development/customization, Experience with workflows, object modeling, and Windchill configuration, Practical knowledge of enterprise system integrations and data exchange processes, Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and developer tools used in Java projects, Very good English skills for working in an international environment, Residing in Poland required
