Our client is the fastest-growing global manufacturing company. An international corporation with over a hundred years of history, internationally recognized brands and Reduced-Risk Products.

Intellias’ mission is to support its strategy and efforts in the Digital and e-commerce space (e-commerce and other apps mobile apps, payment gateways, loyalty system, search engine, employee management, identity management, etc.).

A newly conceptualized Digital Eco System is comprised of a set of capabilities including an online shop & website, linking online & offline, customization & personalization, engagement & membership, digital product & services main differences.

Role overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Automation Engineer with strong AI/LLM pipeline and test automation expertise , focused on modern automation practices and scalable test engineering.

What you will do

• Act as AQA Squad Lead, owning AI-first automation direction in the team
• Perform TypeScript / Playwright code reviews during the transition phase
• Work hands-on with TypeScript, Playwright, Copilot (IDE), and MCP tools locally as part of daily delivery
• Design and lead LLM pipeline / agent-based automation architecture (AI-first system design)
• Define and improve prompting strategies and structured outputs (JSON / schema-based automation)
• Ensure quality and consistency of AI-generated test automation outputs across the squad
• Lead end-to-end debugging across AI output → test → API → system, including environment/auth issues and incorrect AI scenarios
• Work with REST APIs, JSON data models, async flows (queues/events), and understand backend context including PHP/Laravel architecture and DB concepts (Postgres, configuration, tenants)
• Apply and guide advanced Playwright usage (fixtures, storage state, network interception, async debugging, reusable flow design)
• Drive transition from traditional automation to LLM + MCP-driven AI-native testing system, while remaining hands-on technical lead

What you need for this

AI / LLM pipeline extension

• Hands-on work with LLM pipelines / agents (not just tools)
• Prompt tuning, structured outputs (JSON/schema)
• Understanding of MCP tools and data retrieval**

Backend / system understanding

• Ability to work with:
• APIs
• JSON data models
• async flows (queues, events)

• Understanding of:
• PHP / Laravel architecture  
• DB concepts (Postgres / configuration / tenants)

Advanced Playwright automation

• Deep Playwright usage:
• fixtures, storage state
• network interception
• async/debugging

• Ability to build reusable flows (no duplication)

System-level debugging (critical)

• Ability to debug across:
• AI output → test → API → application

• Handling of:
• authentication / cookies / environment issues
• incorrect AI-generated scenarios
