Your responsibilities, Technical Ownership, •Lead the architecture, scalability, and performance of e-commerce applications., •Drive clean, maintainable, and performant systems using best practices., •Contribute hands-on to the codebase when needed and guide technical discussions., •Set technical strategy anticipating future platform needs., , Cross-Functional Collaboration, •Partner with Product, Design, UX, and Program Management to align goals and deliver roadmap objectives., •Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to balance product and technical priorities., •Identify dependencies and remove blockers across engineering, design, and product., , Culture & Continuous Improvement, •Promote engineering efficiency, automation, and re-use through design patterns and modern practices., •Define and measure KPIs to track team performance and business impact., •Advocate for code quality and continuous learning through reviews, design docs, and knowledge-sharing.

6+ years of software development experience, with commercial deployments in production., Strong knowledge of Java/Kotlin and modern backend ecosystems., Deep understanding of agile, lean, and DevOps principles., Strong interpersonal skills with empathy for engineers, customers, and stakeholders., Excellent communication skills, with fluent English, to drive alignment and clarity across teams., Passion for technology, elegant code, and innovative problem-solving.
