For our Client from the technology sector, we are looking for a candidate for the position of:

Accountant AP/AR with German

Location: Łódź

Responsibilities:

• Depending on the process: handling financial documents, verifying the accuracy of invoices, accounting records, and vendor/customer data.
• Timely posting of transactions in accordance with internal procedures.
• Monitoring account balances, analyzing discrepancies, and resolving differences with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
• Preparing reports and summaries related to payment status, receivables, payables, and ongoing financial indicators.
• Contact with clients and suppliers – clarifying financial matters, confirming balances, and reconciling payments.
• Supporting month-end closing activities, preparing data, reconciliations, and documentation required for periodic reporting.
• Assisting in implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience in accounting (AP/AR).
• Very good command of German and English (minimum B2).
• Strong interpersonal skills and openness to collaboration.
• Accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail when working with financial data and documents.
• Experience working with ERP systems will be an additional asset.
