Your responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and execute development opportunities through market reaserach, site assessments, due dilligence and feasibility analyses
• Prepare business cases, financial models, cash-flow forecasts and profitability assessmsnts to support investment and development decisions
• Develop and optimise project concepts, product positioning, layouts, pricing strategies and target customer approaches to maximise project value and marketability
• Coordinate and manage architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, authorities and other key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
• Lead permitting, approval and contractual processes, including negotiations and management of key project agreements
• Monitor and control project performance regarding budget, schedule, quality, risk and compliance across commercial, technical, legal and financial aspects
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies, pricing, sales activities and management reporting for key project milestones

Our requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience in residential real estate development
• Expierence working within larger corporate structures and in an international environment is considered a strong advantage
• Strong expierence in planning, developing and delivering residential real estate projects
• Advanced MS 365 skills and a strong interest in digitalisation and innovation
• Strong commercial and technical understanding combined with a high level of accountability
• Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage
• A proactive, reliable and flexible working style, paired with a strong commitment to results, completes your profile
