For additional information, please review .* Day to day oversight and contribution to creation and maintenance of customer accounts, security and pricing data within multiple systems across multiple teams* Identify opportunities for improvements to quality of data and client service levels* Drive automation and process optimization initiatives by leveraging internal tools.* Drive automation by working with Transformation Teams for AI implementation* Act as key point of contact between seniors, project managers and teams ensuring alignment on eTrading projects and reporting* Responsible for the successful management and delivery of project initiatives and for the supervision of junior staff to ensure delivery of their tasks which contribute to the projects* Operate withing a global, follow-the-sun team structure, requiring flexibility to support different time zones through a shift-based working model.* 2-3 years of relevant experience in client/counterparty/account data management within a global financial services organization* Very good English knowledge (written & spoken)* Bachelor’s/University degree as an asset* Very good knowledge of Excel* Able to identify, trouble shoot issues and ultimately escalate* Team player with can-do attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
