Twój zakres obowiązków

• Implementation and maintenance of Kelvion’s global and local HSE standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal governance.
• Managing and developing a team of HSE specialists.
• Support the Zero Harm strategy by promoting a strong safety culture, proactive hazard identification, and continuous improvement across operations
• Coordinate HSE risk assessments, incident investigations, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions in line with Kelvion’s incident management process
• Support site management in preparing HSE dashboards, trend analyses, and performance reports, and contribute to management reviews
• Support the implementation of Kelvion’s ESG strategy “R3” (Respect, Reduce, Report) at site and organizational level
• Coordinate data collection and reporting for environmental and social KPIs, including energy, resource usage, health & safety, and social performance indicators
• Support initiatives aimed at reducing environmental impact, improving resource efficiency, and promoting sustainable practices in operations.
• Contribute to ESG reporting, internal communications, and awareness activities to ensure transparency and employee understanding of ESG goals
• Support management in setting local HSE and ESG objectives aligned with global targets and tracking progress.

Nasze wymagania

• Valid occupational health and safety qualifications required for work in accordance with Polish law
• HSE - minimum 10 years of experience, including min. 3 years in a leaderhip roles
• ESG - experience and training opportunities are welcome
• English - B2 / C1 (verbal and written)
• Experience in international organizations (manufacturing) - minimum 5 years
• Experience with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards - minimum 5 years
• ISO audit qualifications are preferred
• Fire protection qualifications are preferred
