Vaccine Customer Specialist (Multiple Locations)

Merck seeks a Vaccine Customer Specialist to promote its infectious disease vaccine portfolio across Poland. The role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering sales objectives, and providing expert support on vaccination and disease prevention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory action plans aligned with marketing strategy and sales objectives
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with doctors, nurses, and pharmacists
• Deliver customized product information and promotional messages through multiple communication channels
• Maintain current knowledge of vaccination science and competitive products through continuous learning
• Manage administrative tasks including CRM documentation, expense reporting, and adverse event reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical Rx sales experience
• University degree, preferably in life science or business
• Strong scientific knowledge and ability to interpret clinical data
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Valid category B driving license
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
• Customer-focused with self-motivation and team collaboration ability
