Order Management Specialist, Finnish Speaker

UPM is a global company that develops renewable alternatives to fossil-based materials. We are looking for an Order Management Specialist (Finnish speaker) to join our team at the UPM Business HUB in Wrocław, Poland.

In this role you will handle end‑to‑end order management tasks, ensuring delivery promises to internal and external stakeholders. You will be part of a diverse team driving the UPM Communication Paper Supply Chain towards professional and efficient organization.

What you will do

• Provide high‑quality and efficient order management activities to ensure smooth production, delivery and billing processes
• Enable accurate and timely booking, processing and confirmation of orders
• Support the implementation of effective order‑management practices
• Check orders for feasibility and completeness, ensuring appropriate flow in compliance with policies and service offerings
• Carry out related processes such as Materials & Package Material master data
• Ensure troubleshooting in order processes
• Support internal projects and participate in the implementation of future practices
• Support continuous improvement of work processes
• Guarantee smooth and timely communication with internal stakeholders and customers to accomplish efficient order management processes

Who you are

• You have a bachelor’s degree
• You have business experience in customer service or order processing
• You coordinate and communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders
• You are a team‑oriented person and good networker
• You provide a solution‑oriented and customer‑focused mindset
• You have an interest in working in international teams and collaborating with multiple teams
• You have proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish; other European languages are considered beneficial

Location and Reporting

The position is located at UPM Business HUB in Wrocław, Poland. The position holder reports to the Manager, Order Management.
