Role Overview:
As a Sales Specialist, you will collaborate with business clients to understand their objectives, enhance their digital capabilities, and deliver tailored technology solutions that drive growth. You will support customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial outreach and consultation to onboarding and long-term account development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
- Showcase and position technology products and services that align with clients’ business goals and requirements.
- Assess customer needs and provide strategic digital solutions that enhance operational performance and business outcomes.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Address customer concerns effectively while identifying opportunities for upselling and business expansion.
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and regular performance reporting.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives, KPIs, and revenue targets.
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to deliver ongoing guidance, support, and consultation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and long-term success.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
- Previous experience: in B2B Sales, mandatory in tech
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
