EMEA Finance Controller — Strategic Budgeting & Performance

Recordati in Warsaw is looking for an EMEA Finance Controller to support business leaders with accurate financial information for budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in financial controlling within international companies, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles. Fluency in English is required; other European languages are an advantage.

This role includes 10% travel and offers the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment.
