About the project, As a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager – PKI & Certificate Lifecycle, you will be working for our client, a leader in cybersecurity solutions. You will direct a multi-year cryptography project focused on delivering Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) capabilities across multiple workstreams. Your leadership will ensure the successful execution of a multi-million USD program that enhances security resilience and operational excellence., , Unleash Innovation in Cybersecurity — Lead Transformational PKI & Certificate Lifecycle Initiatives!, , Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 4 remote days per week)., , Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.

Your responsibilities, Own end-to-end programme delivery, including scope, planning, RAID, dependencies, and governance across several workstreams., Manage project budget, forecasting, vendor spend, and financial governance for multi-million USD initiatives., Provide subject-matter leadership on CLM, PKI, certificate automation, crypto controls, and operational readiness., Coordinate with stakeholders across Cybersecurity, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Risk/Compliance, and external suppliers., Ensure solutions meet security, resilience, and audit requirements, delivering comprehensive reporting and executive updates.

At least 7 years of experience in Cybersecurity or Technology Programme Management, particularly with complex, multi-year initiatives., Strong expertise in PKI and Certificate Lifecycle Management (certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, key management, automation)., Proven track record managing multiple workstreams and engaging with technical and senior stakeholder governance., Experience managing multi-million USD budgets and vendor relationships.

Optional, Knowledge of crypto standards and controls such as TLS, X.509, OCSP/CRL., Experience working within regulated environments.
