About the project

We are looking for a dedicated UX Research professional with a deep understanding of research methodologies, user psychology, and data-driven design influence. This position plays a key role in ensuring that end-user insights drive the design and development of secure and accessible cybersecurity solutions used by thousands of employees worldwide.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on understanding user problems, championing accessibility, and conducting in-depth research to influence design and product decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create seamless, accessible, and engaging experiences for enterprise users worldwide—helping make complex cybersecurity processes intuitive.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative & quantitative UX research.
• Select and apply appropriate research methods.
• Create research plans, guides, and recommendations.
• Deliver end-to-end research from discovery to insights.
• Use personas, empathy maps, and journey mapping to identify user needs.
• Translate findings into UX and product improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain research repositories and knowledge assets.
• Define and track UX metrics.
• Advocate accessibility, usability, and security.

Our requirements

• 5+ years of UX Research experience delivering end-to-end projects.
• Strong qualitative research expertise (interviews, contextual inquiries, diary studies, usability testing).
• Ability to independently manage the full research lifecycle (scoping, planning, recruitment, reporting).
• Experience synthesizing findings into actionable insights and presenting them to cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of quantitative research methods (surveys, analytics, large-scale data synthesis).
• Proven impact of research on product strategy and decision-making.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Optional

• Research experience in technical, complex, or cybersecurity domains.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar collaboration/design tools.
• Knowledge of WCAG and inclusive design principles.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React.
• Degree in UX, HCI, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, or a related field.
