Global Project Managers / Senior Project Managers - Respiratory

Fortrea seeks experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers based in the EU with strong respiratory therapeutic expertise to lead complex global Phase II and III clinical trials. The role demands proficiency in multi-country trial management, ICH-GCP compliance, and cross-functional team leadership within a CRO environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timelines, budgets, risks, and resources for complex multi-country clinical trials
• Serve as primary sponsor contact and lead cross-functional global teams across clinical, medical, and regulatory functions
• Manage study start-up, enrollment strategies, and vendor oversight for respiratory trials
• Apply risk-based quality management and proactive risk mitigation in trial delivery
• Lead operational oversight of specialized respiratory endpoint vendors and trial delivery innovations

Requirements

• Strong respiratory therapeutic expertise in asthma, COPD, ILD, pulmonary fibrosis, or related indications
• Experience leading global Phase II and III studies in CRO or sponsor setting
• Demonstrated ability managing multi-country clinical trials with oversight of timelines, budgets, and resources
• Deep understanding of ICH-GCP, clinical operations, study start-up, and enrollment management
• University degree in life science or certification in nursing, medical, or laboratory technology
• Proven ability to serve as primary client contact and lead cross-functional global teams
• Experience managing complex respiratory endpoint vendors and operating independently in stakeholder environments
