Scrum Master (Data & AI)

For our client, a global professional services company specializing in risk, analytics, and technology solutions , we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Scrum Master (Data & AI).

Work mode: 100% remote (from PL) 
Compensation: 150-170 PLN/h net

Position Overview:

• You will support cross-functional Data & AI teams delivering data platforms, analytics solutions and AI/ML products
• The role requires a strong, hands-on approach to Azure DevOps and experience in Agile within data-driven environments
• You will help foster transparency, continuous improvement and a culture of experimentation

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives) 
• Manage and maintain backlog in Azure DevOps (epics, features, user stories, tasks) 
• Ensure transparency, prioritization and effective planning of work 
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Data Scientists and ML Engineers 
• Identify and remove impediments, coordinating across multiple teams (infrastructure, security, architecture) 
• Monitor and communicate team performance using metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput, flow) 
• Drive continuous improvement based on data and team feedback 
• Coach teams and stakeholders in Agile practices adapted to Data & AI environments

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master 
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps 
• Practical experience working with Data, Analytics or AI/ML teams 
• Very good understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks 
• Experience in working with distributed, cross-functional teams 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Proactive attitude in identifying and resolving blockers 
• Fluent English (C1 level)

Nice to have:

• Experience in enterprise, global environments 
• Understanding of data platforms, data quality, or model lifecycle 
• Experience working in complex, multi-team ecosystems
