Validation Engineer

The role of  Validation Engineer is based in our C-Power Business Group in Lublin, Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Act as laboratory referent in projects, ensuring delivery on quality, cost, and timelines
• Define, implement, and monitor Validation Plans (VPs) and related project budgets
• Plan and coordinate test activities, including resources, equipment, and scheduling
• Ensure test execution validity (procedures, part conformity, customer requirements) and analyse results
• Manage subcontracted testing activities when required
• Identify risks and drive corrective actions and alternative solutions
• Consolidate workload, resources, and costs with management and project teams
• Communicate validation progress through reports, dashboards, and meetings
• Interface with customers: manage visits, align on procedures, and support validation activities
• Contribute to lab improvements, technician development, and compliance with quality & safety standards

Requirements:

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Materials, Electronics, or similar field
• Entry-level or early-career experience with a strong technical foundation
• Knowledge of testing, validation methodologies, and laboratory environments
• Basic project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple activities
• Familiarity with data acquisition systems (preferred)
• Upper-Intermediate English (mandatory)
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
• Team player with respect for others and focus on shared objectives
• Dynamic, organized, and driven by continuous improvement and excellence
