We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage transactional activities in SAP, ensuring smooth data flow between suppliers, systems and internal teams.Please note that this position is offered as a **9 months employment****:** the first contract is a 3‐month probation period, followed by a 6‐month contract.**How you’ll make an impact:*** Create inbound delivery notes in SAP based on shipping documents* Maintain SAP handling units, including physical parameters of purchased materials* Work closely with Transport Planners and provide them with accurate data to ensure timely and efficient transport arrangement* Communicate with internal and external suppliers, clarifying discrepancies between shipping documents and purchase orders* Build strong relationships with Hitachi Energy’s purchasing and logistics teams, as well as direct-material suppliers* Coordinate the inbound delivery data flow from purchase order through SAP modules until the delivery is booked **Your Background:*** Bachelor’s degree* Experience in logistics or purchasing* Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level, spoken and written)* Hands-on experience with SAP logistics or purchasing modules* Knowledge of transport terminology, regulations and incoterms* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* High attention to detail* Continuous Improvement mentality and mindsetAt Hitachi Energy, we pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical, and mental wellbeing, as well as your personal development.
