Global Solution Owner & Key User – SAP HCM / HR Core Data

Your Contribution

• Own and govern the global SAP HCM core data solution, ensuring standardization and full lifecycle management.
• Define and drive global HR data governance frameworks, roles, and KPIs.
• Ensure data quality, compliance (GDPR, ILM, SoD/GRC), and system health reporting.
• Act as the global point of contact for SAP HCM core data changes and enhancements.
• Enable and train stakeholders (CoEs, SSCs, countries) on HR data standards and processes.
• Own the global PA business blueprint, data standards, and organizational structure governance.
• Lead SAP HCM activities in transformation, M&A, carve‑outs, and restructuring projects.
• Manage HR system integrations (SuccessFactors, Omada, interfaces) and impact assessments.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Degree in Business, IT, or HR; SAP HCM certification (PA/OM) is a plus.
• 6–8 years of experience in global HRIT/HRIS roles with strong SAP HCM focus.
• Proven experience in SAP HCM PA governance, lifecycle management, and data frameworks.
• Hands‑on background with HR core data, PA blueprinting, and organizational structures.
• Experience in M&A, carve‑outs, or transformation projects affecting HR systems.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, ILM, SoD/GRC, and ITGC controls in SAP environments.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with HR, IT, and Legal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent English required.
