KYC/AML Analyst with German or Spanish (f/m/x)

Your responsibilities

• Performing KYC due diligence at the start of new business relationships and during periodic reviews to ensure AML and CTF compliance
• Following up with customers and dealers for required documentation
• Documenting and updating records in relevant systems
• Identifying and reporting AML/CTF “red flags"
• Assessing sanctions screening results
• Improving procedures with the compliance team and creating new ones when needed
• Participating in the digital transformation and automation of onboarding processes
• Supporting responses to inquiries, audits, and inspections

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in KYC, AML & CTF compliance or in audit functions within the financial sector (asset)
• University degree in Business, Law, Compliance, Economics, or equivalent experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong operational skills with the ability to translate complex processes into clear instructions
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse environment
• Knowledge of complex customer ownership structures
• Excellent command of Polish and English, with additional proficiency in either German or Spanish

• Knowledge of Portuguese
