Sales & Marketing Support Specialist

Our partner is a leading entertainment company, operating multiple TV channels and radio stations across CEE. Due to their continuous growth, we are looking for aSales and MarketingSupport Specialist colleague to their office in Warsaw, Poland,to manage and supportaffiliate and ad-sales related marketing projects and drive further expansion.

The role:

• Support affiliate sales, ad-sales, and affiliate partner marketing activities on operational level
• Manage local cooperations
• Create presentations and sales materials for negotiations
• Continuously refresh sales presentations with research data and programming updates
• Deliver sales, programming, and marketing materials to affiliate partners (publicity materials, presentation input, programming news, data, etc.)
• Regularly report and analyze cooperation and marketing activities with operators
• Coordinate and implement B2B partner events with local agency support
• Purchase sales support materials, merchandise products, and premiums for special occasions or co-operations

Requirements:

• Proactive, hands-on personality who wants to make an impact
• 1-3+years ofexperience in sales/marketing support, preferably in media or telecommunication
• Fluent English and Polish languageskills
• Understanding of the media industry is a strong advantage
• Ability to work in teams or alone
• Ability to coordinate projects effectively, including managing timelines, resources.
