About the project, As a PMO Analyst for Portfolio Reporting, you will be working for our client, a leading financial services organization within the Wealth and Personal Banking sector. You will play a crucial role in delivering accurate, timely, and impactful reporting that supports strategic initiatives across the change portfolio, facilitating effective governance and executive decision-making. Your responsibilities, Drive reporting excellence to enable timely decision-making and escalation to department's change committees., Produce professional, business executive-caliber reports for the change portfolio, supporting senior leadership and governance forums., Collaborate with Value Streams and Portfolios to maintain accuracy and integrity of the delivery plan., Maintain a single source of truth for portfolio prioritization, reporting, and decision-making., Engage with global and market leaders to deliver on reporting needs and resolve challenges., Continuously improve MI automation, streamlining processes for efficiency and accuracy., Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, analytics, and insights derived from large data sets., Contribute to alignment on change practices, including Agile methodologies.

At least 3 years of experience in portfolio reporting, data analysis, or PMO functions., Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a proactive mindset., Proven ability to develop effective relationships across business areas., High motivation and drive to deliver quality results under tight deadlines., Excellent organizational and planning skills for managing multiple responsibilities., Advanced report writing skills, with meticulous attention to detail., Experience working with structured data, Excel, and reporting tools to generate dashboards, analytics, and insights., Familiarity with Change management practices, especially Agile methodologies.
