M365 AI Governance & Risk Lead - Enterprise Compliance

Nordea is seeking an experienced M365 AI Governance & Risk Lead to own governance, risk management, and controls for agentic AI and Microsoft 365 AI capabilities. You will partner with data privacy, compliance, legal and security teams across a hybrid, multinational setup in Poland and Nordics.

Focus areas include policy translation, risk assessments, and ensuring governance is embedded in platform operations, with strong stakeholder management and English communication skills.
