About the project

We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Engineer to join our team focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM). You will play a key role in supporting the migration from SailPoint IdentityIQ to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, application owners, IT teams, and security specialists, you will ensure a smooth transition to the new identity management solution. This remote position allows you to work flexibly while contributing to an important project within our organization.

Your responsibilities

• Participating in the end-to-end migration to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
• Analyzing existing identity and access management processes, roles, and entitlements
• Supporting integration with enterprise applications
• Configuring and maintaining workflows, certifications, provisioning, and access request processes
• Assisting in role modeling and segregation of duties assessments
• Collaborating with security, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve identity-related issues
• Creating technical documentation, operational procedures, and user guides
• Providing post-migration support and participating in continuous improvement initiatives

Our requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management processes
• Experience working with enterprise IT environments and multiple business applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
• Advanced level of English

Optional

• Experience with Java
• Familiarity with Beanshell
• Knowledge of PowerShell
• Proficiency in SQL
